Vector leak testers are available in bench top, 3U and 6U formats, all featuring Uson engineered pneumatic circuits optimized for specific   leak and flow testing applications. The Vector’s modular design lets you expand your system’s capabilities as needed.  A single Vector leak tester can perform up to 10 independent or concurrent tests.  In addition to supporting unlimited types of leak and flow tests, the unique flexibility of Vector software allows you to add or modify functionality as future requirements dictate.

Programming the Vector tester is a breeze, thanks to its simple and straightforward software. The Vector software is structured around a wide array of preformatted test configurations, allowing you to choose the one that best suits your needs. You can either use one of the preformatted tests with your specific accept/reject limits, or easily modify any of the tests to perfectly fit your unique application. The Vector tester’s hard drive can store an unlimited number of test configurations, giving you endless possibilities for customization.

A comprehensive user interface puts control and information directly in your hands via the large, clear touch screen display. Optima is also available with both local (A3) and network (A3N) advanced authorization and authentication software upgrades to enable FDA 21 CFR Part 11 compliance guidelines.

    The Optima vT is designed with utmost versatility in mind. Mounting options include standard and custom cabinets, flat panels, articulated pendants and more. Testing techniques include pressure decay, differential pressure decay, mass flow measurement, burst and occlusion testing and many others. At the heart of the Optima vT is Uson’s powerful TCU2, the second-generation Test Control Unit offering unparalleled flexibility in each test channel. The TCU2 allows up to four high resolution sensors and with its available custom pneumatic configurations, the sky is the limit on your leak and flow test design creativity. Incredibly, a single channel Optima vT tester can test up to four independent cavities simultaneously while the two-channel tester can handle up to eight, allowing for significant cost advantages.

    The Optima vT is now available with  A3N (Advanced Network Authorization and Authentication)   A3 (Advanced Authorization and Authentication) .  The A3 upgrade option offers advanced security features including user authentication through individual passwords or roles and the ability to log and monitor changes to parameters which enables compliance with standards such as 21 CFR Part 11 (U.S), MHRA/EU Annex 11 and others.     Working closely with our luer connector manufacturing client’s quality assurance and regulatory affairs teams, we’ve developed  ISO 80369-7 testing solutions  using our  Optima vT  tester’s powerful PROGRAM JUMP, MATH and STEP functions.  The Optima vT provides automated program steps, complex calculations and register entries, eliminating the scope for human error and enabling ISO 80369-7 & ISO 80369-20 compliance.
